Correction Rules只能追加纠错事件: 不得覆盖原动作审计日志或原回滚包，只能追加 correction event。保留 digest 链: 必须保留 auditDigest=6dbe3b12c599... 与 rollbackDigest=ba96fd96fc45...。不触发公开副作用: consumer=ai-assistant 的纠错只能进入治理预演，不发 BBS、不改地图、不持久化 AI。
